Bitter Gourd - Great Bitter Tonic To Beat Diabetes

Bitter gourd or bitter melon also known as bitter squash or balsam-pear. In India it's known as Karela. It's bitter in taste. It has a distinct warty exterior and an oblong shape. It is hollow in cross-section, with a relatively thin layer of flesh surrounding a central seed cavity filled with large, flat seeds and pith. The fruit is most often eaten green, or as it is beginning to turn yellow.

Diabetes mellitus also known as simply diabetes, is a group of metabolic diseases in which there are high blood sugar levels over a prolonged period. This high blood sugar produces the symptoms of frequent urination, increased thirst, and increased hunger. Untreated, diabetes can cause many complications. Acute complications include diabetic ketoacidosis and nonketotic hyperosmolar coma. Bitter gourd juice is a great tonic for reducing blood glucose level. Many scientific experiments proved that the juice of bitter gourd helps to reduce glucose level and induce insulin production. Many scientists are still working with it. They found some very positive results on mice and Guinna pig. It also showed good results including cancer prevention, fever, HIV and AIDS, and infections. It's natural so there is no side effects. It's bitter in taste but the result is ultimately sweater than sweets. We can fry it. In India it's use in curry. Bitter gourd is cooked with fish. It tastes very good. You can also make soup by it. Which is very much healthy. It's also beneficial against skin diseases. I personally use it to treat acne. Now I am 100% safe from acne. It's a great tonic for me and my family.
